What we collect

When you chat with us on WhatsApp, email indra@kecerdasanbuatan.consulting, or visit this website, we may collect the following data:

• Communication data — the content of WhatsApp/email conversations and the files you send.
• Website analytics data — via Plausible (privacy-friendly, cookie-less). Aggregates only: pages viewed, referrer, browser, country. No personal data is tracked.
• Project data — during an engagement: specs, credentials you share for setup, and sample data for testing.

How we use it

• To respond to your questions.
• To deliver the project we agreed on.
• To analyze website traffic and improve our content.
• To send project updates via WhatsApp/email.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Confidentiality of ideas & project data

Every discussion about your ideas, product designs and project data you share with us is confidential by default. We don't review or discuss client project details with anyone without explicit permission.

If you need a specific NDA format before sharing sensitive information, we're happy to sign. Send the draft by email.

Data retention

• WhatsApp chats & email: kept for as long as you are a client, plus 2 years afterwards (for audit & historical purposes).
• Project data: once the engagement ends and handover is complete, we delete our backup copies within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them.
• Source code: after handover to your repository, we delete our copy.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request that incorrect data be corrected.
• Request that your data be deleted (where there is no legal obligation to retain it).
• Request an export of your data in a format you can take to another party.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-less. The only data stored in your browser is your theme preference (dark/light) via localStorage.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active clients + a banner on the website. The last-updated date is shown above.
