Five phases,
zero drama.

The first two phases (Discovery & Validation) are free. We build phases 3–4 with no deposit — you pay in phase 5, after launch. This isn't a marketing trick; it's how we've worked from the start.

Discovery call.

We talk for 30 minutes over WhatsApp or Zoom. You share the idea and the business context; we ask the questions that matter. The outcome: an honest assessment — we're a fit, or we recommend someone better suited.

What you get

  • An honest assessment of whether we're a fit
  • Alternative recommendations if needed
  • Initial scope + price & timeline range

What we need from you

  • The core idea & the problem you want to solve
  • Target users & current status (idea / prototype / live)
  • Budget range & business urgency
1 – 2 working days

Validation workshop.

If we continue, we dig deeper into user personas, the core problem, and the 3 features with the strongest evidence of value. The outcome: a one-page spec we both work from — what gets built and what doesn't.

What you get

  • A one-page product spec — what gets built and what doesn't
  • Feature prioritization (3 core + 2 nice-to-have)
  • A list of assumptions to validate with users
  • A detailed proposal + contract — signed if you agree

What we need from you

  • 1–2 workshop sessions over Zoom (3–4 hours total)
  • We then send a draft spec within 2 working days
  • You get time to review + 2 rounds of revisions
1 – 4 weeks

MVP build.

We build. You can open staging every day and get progress updates twice a week on WhatsApp. Nothing is hidden — you can read the Git commits if you like.

What you get

  • The app running on a staging environment (daily access)
  • A Git repository with an auditable commit history
  • Progress updates twice a week on WhatsApp + a weekly Zoom demo
  • Final Figma designs (not rough wireframes)

What we need from you

  • 1 point of contact on your side (usually the founder/PM)
  • Answers to our questions within 24 working hours
  • Active feedback — don't wait for the demo, test staging daily
1 – 2 weeks

Test & iterate.

You invite 5–10 real users to try it. We refine based on real feedback — not assumptions. At this stage you still haven't paid anything.

What you get

  • The product + documented feedback from real users
  • Bug fixes & UX adjustments based on real usage
  • An analytics dashboard (Plausible / custom) to track early metrics
  • A go/no-go assessment for the full launch

What we need from you

  • You invite 5–10 ideal users to test
  • We prepare a test script + interview template
  • Feedback is collected and we iterate for a week
1 week

Launch & handover.

We deploy to production and hand over the source code (100% yours), complete with technical documentation and a 1–2 hour training session for your team. This is when you pay — after everything works.

What you get

  • Deployment to production (AWS / DigitalOcean / Vercel — your choice)
  • Source code handover via Git (you become the repository owner)
  • Technical documentation: API, database schema, deployment runbook
  • A 1–2 hour training session for your operations team
  • The invoice — the first time you pay anything

What we need from you

  • Cloud provider access (or we set one up if you don't have one)
  • Domain + DNS pointed to us
  • Final review & launch sign-off
